Our Story
We’ve been operating since 1993 and have clocked more than 200,000 hours of one-on-one private tuition. In that time, we haven’t just been teaching, we’ve been learning as well, and what we have learnt has shaped the business that we are today.

How We Work
Family consultation. We begin our process by inviting the family to our assessment centre, where we learn about the student’s habits, interests, academic record, and future aspirations. This initial meeting also involves a comprehensive review of the student’s school history — both qualitative insights and quantitative performance data — so we can pinpoint their specific needs and goals.
Tutor selection. Next, we carefully match students with tutors from our dedicated in-house team, paying close attention to each student’s learning style and personality. Since we personally train and support our tutors, we can confidently pair your child with the right mentor — someone they can relate to, respect, and genuinely learn from.
One-on-one lessons. Finally, lessons are scheduled on a one-to-one basis, either in your home or at the student’s school. This arrangement allows the tutor to build a strong rapport with the student, ensuring they tackle key concepts in a collaborative, engaging manner. We also assign and monitor tasks between sessions to reinforce learning and keep progress on track.
